Our Story
Shinetech Software was founded in Beijing by CEO Jiwei Zhang
Since 2003, Shinetech has expanded globally across Europe, North America, and Asia. We opened our first overseas office in New York in 2008, followed by London in 2010.
In 2012, we were honored as a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific company and a Gartner Cool Vendor. A year later, we launched international exchange programs and introduced our dedicated development team model—now a hallmark of our services.
New development centers in Sweden, Australia, Vancouver, and San Francisco supported our growth to more than 1,500 delivered projects by 2019, with 75% of business coming from long-term partners.
By 2024, Shinetech surpassed USD 35 million in annual sales and expanded into Melbourne, continuing our journey of innovation and trusted global collaboration.
About the founder and CEO
Jiwei Zhang is the Founder and CEO of Shinetech Software, with over 20 years of experience in software development, team leadership, and technology-driven business management.
A graduate of the Beijing Institute of Technology, he also worked at Internet Weekly, where he gained early insights into digital innovation—insights that shaped Shinetech’s developer-focused and partnership-driven culture.
